The Nepal Mountain Academy has taken on the enormous responsibility of filling academic gaps in the mountaineering, mountain sciences, and adventure tourism industries. I am delighted to inform prospective students that the academy has worked hard to fill all gaps. Furthermore, through its international associations and ties, the academy is on the verge of expanding student opportunities.
The academy's courses aim to develop students into leaders capable of representing the Nepal Himalayas on a global scale and providing the world's first academic mountaineering degree. In addition, the academy has established a world-class mountain training/research center in Garma, Solukhumbu, to facilitate and support a variety of mountain training and unexpected studies.
As the campus administrator, I would like to warmly welcome all BMS, MATS, and M.Sc. MMS students interested in attending the academy.
